Operational
Support for CEOs

When you need things
to work in your company

Who this collaboration
is for

Working together usually makes sense if:

  • you run an established or growing business,
  • you already have a team, but many operational matters still end up on your desk,
  • you feel overloaded by coordination, supervision, and follow-up,
  • you do not want to manage every operational detail yourself,
  • you would welcome a reliable person who can take responsibility for execution.

I most often work with:

  • CEOs and company founders,
  • established coaches and consultants who already have a team,
  • growing entrepreneurs,
  • small and medium-sized companies that need to stabilize operations and back-office processes.

How I can help

1.

Operational oversight

I help keep everyday operations organised and moving.

This typically includes:

  • coordinating operational activities
  • setting priorities and maintaining continuity
  • overseeing the implementation of decisions
  • preparing materials and tracking follow-ups
  • maintaining an overview across projects

I am not a strategist.
My role is to ensure that strategy is actually implemented.

2.

Process mapping and simplification

Clear processes make everyday work easier.

I can help by:

  • mapping how things currently work
  • identifying weak points or unnecessary complexity
  • simplifying workflows where needed
  • creating or updating process documentation (SOPs)
  • connecting people, roles, and responsibilities more clearly

3.

Support for the team and managers

Operational work is always connected with people.

I therefore also support managers and teams through:

  • regular 1:1 conversations with selected team members
  • support for managers in working with people
  • clarification of roles and responsibilities
  • encouraging open and practical communication

For the past eight years I have also worked as a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, which helps me better understand team dynamics and connect processes with the human side of how a company works.
