I’ve spent most of my professional career
at the intersection
of performance, systems, and people.
Seventeen years in the corporate financial sector taught me how businesses truly operate – from day-to-day execution and internal processes to sales support and the functioning of large distribution structures.
I’ve been involved in building systems, setting up sales support, and working with the daily reality of what needs to function for strategy to turn into results.
Over time, I began to notice something fundamental:
- Processes can be perfectly designed – and still not work.
- At the same time, capable people can feel exhausted and overwhelmed, while collaboration, communication, and team dynamics begin to suffer.
This is where my second focus naturally emerged – working with people.
A natural shift toward
working with strengths
It wasn’t something I had originally planned.
Rather, the right tool came into my life at the right time.
CliftonStrengths® helped me see differences between people more clearly – not as obstacles, but as powerful assets.
I continue to stay curious about new approaches, trends, and connections, because growth – whether my own or that of others – is not a fixed destination, but an ongoing process.
Coaching, together with the CliftonStrengths® methodology, gave me the language I had been missing.
It helped me name what I had intuitively observed for years:
People don’t become more engaged through pressure – but through understanding who they are, where they are naturally strong, what drives them, and how that fits into the system they are part of.
Today, I bring these two worlds closer together.
On one side, I work with business owners, CEOs, startups who want more space to focus on strategy, growth, and direction.
As their companies evolve, they need reliable operational partner, well-functioning systems, and the right people around them.
CliftonStrengths® can naturally become part of their development – but it’s not a requirement.
At the same time, I continue to work with individuals who want to better understand themselves – their talents, strengths, and natural ways of operating.
Whether they’re looking to grow in their current role or explore a new direction in their career.
