I’ve spent most of my professional career in the business world.
Seventeen years in the corporate environment of the financial sector gave me a deep understanding of how companies function – from internal operations and processes to supporting sales teams.
At the same time, I kept noticing another reality:
- Processes can be perfectly designed – and still not work.
- Or capable people can feel exhausted and overwhelmed, while the team underperforms.
This is where my second focus began – strengths-based development using the CliftonStrengths® methodology, which I’ve been dedicated to since 2017.
Today, I connect these two worlds.
I help individuals understand their natural strengths, where to focus, and how to use and develop them in their work and life.
At the same time, I support business owners in creating environments and systems where these strengths can truly thrive.
