I’ve been working with the CliftonStrengths® methodology since 2017 and have had the opportunity to work with nearly 600 unique talent profiles so far – managers, entrepreneurs, teachers, school leaders, employees, and students across private, public, and nonprofit sectors.

And one thing is always true:
No two profiles are the same. Every person is unique.
And that’s where real development begins.

What is CliftonStrengths® coaching?

CliftonStrengths® is more than an assessment.
It’s a language for understanding your natural way of thinking, feeling, and behaving.

It helps you name what is already strong within you – patterns that come naturally, give you energy, and have the potential to become your greatest strengths.

And this is where the real shift happens: trying to fix weaknesses vs. investing in what already works.

Most of us have spent a large part of our lives focusing on what’s “missing” or what needs improvement.

But in doing so, we often overlook the powerful resources we already have – resources that, when developed, can transform how we experience work, relationships, and life overall.

My approach

I believe everyone should know and develop their talents.
It’s not the whole picture of who we are – but it’s a fundamental part of it.

When people understand their natural strengths:

  • they become less self-critical
  • they gain a deeper understanding of others
  • they find roles and environments that fit them better
  • they experience more ease, energy, and enjoyment in what they do

I also believe that when people understand both what they bring to the world and what energizes them, they move closer to a sense of purpose. And that’s a topic that matters deeply today – both for individuals and within organizations.

Knowing your talents is just the beginning. The real value comes from learning how to use them in everyday life.

A person with strong Empathy will naturally be more sensitive – that’s a gift. But without learning how to work with emotions, it can also become draining.
Or take Responsibility – having this talent is very different from simply “being responsible.” The internal motivation and experience behind it are not the same.
